This is a wonderful alternative to grabbing a toxin-filled protein drink from your local gas station. Unlike those drinks, this Blueberry Protein Shake dissolves your hunger in seconds and leaves you feeling healthy, full and refreshed.

My secret Blueberry Protein Shake Recipe Revealed:

  • 1 cup – 1 ½ cups of Ripple (pea milk) (or almond milk)
  • 2-3 tbsp Xylitol (natural sweetener)
  • 1 scoop Spiru-tein Cookies N Cream Protein Powder
  • 3/4 – 1 cup blueberries (preferably frozen)
  • ½ banana (optional
  • 5 ish ice cubes
